Rally & Mingle is a singles mixer with a twist — instead of awkward small talk over appetizers, you’re rallying, rotating, and actually doing something together. Because the best conversations happen when your hands are busy and the pressure is off.

Here’s how it works:

You’ll show up, grab a name tag (first name + your current obsession), and get a rotation card. Every 12 minutes, you move to a new station and play with a new set of people. Seven pickleball courts. Two cornhole stations.  Forty players. Zero pressure.

You don’t have to be good at pickleball. You just have to show up ready to play. We’ll handle the rest.

The evening looks like this:

5:00–6:00 PM — Optional “Intro to Pickleball” clinic. Never played before? This is for you. One of our coaches walks you through the basics so you feel confident when the main event starts.
6:00 PM — Doors open, check-in, mingle
6:20 PM — Brief welcome + format overview
6:25 PM — Rotation play begins
7:45 PM — “Most Wanted Rematch” — 15 minutes of open court time to settle scores
8:00 PM — Group drives to Third Window Brewing in the Funk Zone (406 E Haley St — details in confirmation email). Come for the post-game hangout. Stay for the vibes.

Each event is capped at 20 players (per gender). These will sell out — don’t sleep on it.

All skill levels welcome. No partner needed. Just show up.

What to bring: Athletic clothing, court shoes (or sneakers), good energy.

What we provide: Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks on-site, paddles available to borrow, rotation cards, music, and a really good time.
