Pickleball Foundation Sessions

🎉 Introducing the Foundation Sessions: Your Guide to Mastering Pickleball! 🎉 

We believe in creating the best opportunities for beginners to learn and thrive in pickleball. That’s why we’ve designed the Beginner Pathway—a structured 6-part series called the “Beginner Foundation Series” to help you build essential skills and confidence on the court. 

💡 What’s in the Beginner Foundation Series? 

 Each clinic focuses on a specific skill to ensure a well-rounded understanding of the game.  We spend 45-75 minutes training and 60-75 minutes playing.  

 1️⃣ A Basic Review: Learn how to score, understand the rules, and explore game strategies. Lots of playtime to help it all sink in! 

 2️⃣ Stroke Formation: Master drives with proper body spacing and paddle positioning. Leave more confident in your swing. 

 3️⃣ Beat the Bangers 1: The Blocking Volley: Handle fast balls at the Kitchen line and baseline by practicing effective blocking at the Kitchen and drives from the baseline. 

 4️⃣ Beat the Bangers 2: The Counter-Attack: Develop strategies to not only block but counter-attack a drive from the kitchen or baseline. 

 5️⃣ Serve and Return: Deepen your serve and return techniques through targeted drills and strategies. This will help with accuracy and confidence. 

 6️⃣ The F Word (Footwork!): Improve your footwork to enhance safety, speed, and overall gameplay.
